SUMMARYThe Customer Support Phone Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to our customers and administrative support to the Customer Support department. This position is a member of the Makino Technical Information Team and reports to the Customer Support Operations Team Leader.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate incoming calls using the Netphone/METRIX system.
- Coordinate phone coverage with other Phone Coordinators to make sure coverage is complete.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for parts and service.
- Use METRIX management software for customer and equipment updates.
- Use SAP Business software for material and service ordering.
- Provide administrative support to Makino’s Parts and Training departments.
- Process and audit Expense Vouchers and forward for proper approval.
- Generate and provide weekly reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Call Center/Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Present a professional image
- Display rational decision making
- Proficient with or ability to learn software necessary to maintain the administration of the service
- department such as, METRIX, SAP, and Microsoft Office, to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Related Associates Degree in office management and/or 5 years experience in call center environment or administrative assistance.
