Key Inventory Clerk will keep track of inventory for key parts. They will be responsible for checking out parts to the locksmith, and checking in parts that were not used. They will also be responsible for keeping track of costs and creating reports for amount of used/unused key(s), cost of key parts, and reporting metric for client approvals.
Job Description:
Maintain record of daily deliveries
Analyze different suppliers
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
Record and report all purchases
Keep database updated daily
Reconcile actual stock count to generate reports
Create key request in client portals
Follow up on declined requests for key cut approvals
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in inventory planning
Experience in creating forecasts to determine utilization of inventory to meet demand
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Most importantly Excel and Outlook)
Proficient with NetSuite for Inventory Management
Detail oriented
Bonus Requirements:
Experience with NetSuite
Maintain Inventory through NetSuite
Record Day to Day transactions and complete posting process
Process Accounts receivable and payable for key inventory
