Key Responsibilities
-
Answer phones; order office supplies; handle mail; filing Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
-
Be a back-up for our dispatch manager.
-
Help maintain paperwork and logs relating to the fleet Assist with coordinating trucking deliveries.

Assisting with tracking and documenting fleet and warehouse time sheets, maintaining files and ensuring information is entered correctly daily.

Review and escalate high value PO’s and payables with the fleet manager

Establish and maintain open communication channels with vendors, operations, and department personnel maintain filing system for various work orders, vendors etc.

Maintain the fleet department personnel driver files and shop CDL files to ensure compliance.

Facilitate and support the fleet manager and field personnel with new account set ups and onboarding procedures for new personnel

Entering of preventative maintenance into the system when needed and maintaining equipment files

Assist in the GPS program by way of weekly reports, downloads and other duties as assigned
Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience

0-2 years experience

Prior Fleet experience a plus though not required

Previous experience in working with web-based fleet management systems preferred
Skills & Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
