**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated, professional Conceirge/Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests as well as selling memberships and upselling current members.
**Responsibilities:**
- Opening the shop in the morning. Responsible for counting and balancing the register.
- Confirming guests appointments for the following day.
- Optimizing the schedule for multiple artists
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with inventory
- Assist with reservations and bookings for various services
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in sales
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel, barber shop or hair salon, front desk setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
