Summary/Objective:
The Junior Project Manager (Jr.PM) position is responsible for representing the Company to client and vendor partners on any range of subjects related to a project. The Jr. Project Manager will participate in the conceptual development of a project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation under the guidance of the Sr. PM and Director of Capital Projects.
Essential Functions:

Manages/ oversees planning and development of projects such as rollouts, buildouts, refreshers, etc.

Ability to discuss, calculate, and work within client budget and timeline constraints.

Key contact for daily client interaction via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Responsible for completing regular site visits and walk-throughs to evaluate project progress.

Perform independent and team KPI development with clients.

Develop strategic planning initiatives and provide project-specific scope development.

Supervise, train, and coordinate Project Specialist duties and responsibilities.

Ability to appraise potential increased revenue and exceed goals where attainable.

Responsible for managing or comprehending margin sustainability within accounts.

Coordinate the dissemination of architectural drawings.

Manage the qualifying and vetting of subcontractor proposals and project bids.

Accountable for performing due diligence of local municipalities and expeditor follow-up.

Ability to seek escalation support with jobs bringing issues to the management team as needed to avoid delays and ensure the client receives service at the highest level possible.
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required

2-5 years of project management experience within past role(s)
Additional Eligibility Qualifications/Responsibilities:

1-2 years of industry experience within Facility Maintenance
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full time position: Monday – Friday in office
