Job Summary
Join our growing team in providing the best pest control services in Palm Beach and Broward counties! The Branch Manager – Pest Control position is responsible for managing all key areas of the business, including business development, team leadership and training, operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction and retention and HR. This position is an integral part of the company’s leadership team and reports directly to the company’s owners.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Deliver high customer retention results, through development of a motivated team dedicated to customer service and retention
● Recruit, interview, hire and train branch staff
● Mentor and develop team members through field evaluations, and coaching and training opportunities
● Drive sales by recruiting both Residential and Commercial customers
● Manage branch P&L – monitoring financial performance and expenses, driving growth, ensuring revenue and profit plans are achieved
● Oversee service operations along with supervisors
● Monitor regulatory compliance, quality control standards and ensuring safety
● Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
Qualifications and Skills
● Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
● Results driven and customer focused
● 5+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Pest Control
● Florida certification in GHP & WDO (required), L&O (strongly preferred)
● 2-4 years as Branch Manager in a Pest Control company
● Strong sales experience is required
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Profit & loss experience is strongly preferred
● A valid Florida driver’s license is required
● High School diploma or equivalent
● Ability to pass our drug screening
● Experience with Microsoft Office
Candidates must meet physical job and safety requirements and perform job duties with or without accommodations:
● Safely use a ladder within the ladders weight capacity
● Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
● Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for a distance
● Wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) required by product labels and an OSHA-compliant respirator if required
● Willing to work in Florida weather conditions
