This role will work collaboratively across sales, operations, and admin to drive results and push the business forward. This is a fully onsite role.
Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities
· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the support team.
· Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement.
· Continuously review and optimize support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Implement new and improve current tools and systems to streamline support and increase productivity.
· Manage employee activity and development.
· Continual training program development.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
· Serve as the primary escalation point for external/internal customers regarding issues, coordinating across all internal teams to ensure issue resolution is completed in a timely manner.
· Provide consistent oversite on service tickets progress to ensure customer timelines and expectations are managed.
· Manage complex customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining workplan, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue resolution.
Professional Requirements and Skills
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
· Experience with CNC technology and equipment (preferred)
· Experience in the manufacturing industry.
· Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
· Strong mechanical background with expertise in CNC equipment, electrical, technical, software, and hardware troubleshooting
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
· Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and objectivity.
· Willingness to embrace change and do what it takes to help our company grow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
