Server Tech Solutions is looking for an E-Commerce Account Sales Representative.
Server Tech Solutions is an E-commerce company offering high-end, state of the art enterprise storage components (including HDDs, SSDs, Servers, JBODs, etc.). Our customer base is mostly B2B, including Data Centers, IT Managers, Internet Giants, and Gamers across the globe. Since inception in 2010 we have grown to be one of the largest resellers of enterprise storage in North America with a focus on value, customer service, and honor.
We have grown every year and we attribute that growth to great employees and strategy to achieve our goals. We look to strengthen our team by adding a team member who could help us support and grow our customer base.
The associate will help attend to existing customer needs, inbound calls and orders, develop relationships and follow-up with all past and present customers. As well as generate additional business, sales and income opportunities by making outbound calls, searching the internet, business websites, social media and trade shows.

Responsibilities
· Answering inquiries via phone, email, tickets, and live chats
· Preparing quotes for current and new customer
· Assist customers with placing their orders.
· Report to E-commerce Director regarding current deals, objectives, and goals
· Following up with customers regarding their orders and inquiries
· Lead generating new and past customers by making outbound calls
Requirements
· Exceptional phone, written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently
· Solid knowledge of Enterprise HDDs, SSDs, Servers, JBODs and how computers work.
· Capable of understanding and learning product knowledge and business flow
· Ability to type 50+ words per minute
· Ability to develop friendly rapport with customers.
· Must be team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in any e-commerce position is a plus
· Outgoing personality and willingness to continuously prospect existing customer base
· Experience with CRMs
· Tech and Sales savvy
· Minimum 2 year of business-to-business sales experience
· Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
Paid training
Pay: $15/hour + commissions + bonus
