**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, acute care, orthopedics, pediatrics, and hospital or clinic settings. Your expertise in medical terminology and physiology knowledge will be essential in developing effective treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs. **Responsibilities** - Evaluate and diagnose patients with a range of physical impairments and disabilities. - Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and individualized goals. - Conduct physical therapy sessions using various techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure seamless care delivery. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress. - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for daily living and injury prevention. - Provide acute care to patients in hospital settings, focusing on improving functional abilities and reducing pain and discomfort. - Offer pediatric physical therapy services to children with a range of developmental and physical disabilities. - Participate in inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings, including clinics and hospitals. **Skills** - Strong patient care skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds. - Experience in acute care settings, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to patients in need of immediate attention. - Expertise in orthopedics, including the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. - Pediatric experience, with the ability to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of children. - Familiarity with hospital and clinic settings, with the ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments. - In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and physiology principles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide education to patients and their families.
