Job Summary
This professional individual will be responsible for various auditing, reporting, talent sourcing, onboarding, and new hire tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency within the department.

Roles and Responsibilities*
- Perform frequent audits and reporting of human resources information systems and personnel files
- Assist with the management of candidate applications and referrals
- Conduct reference, background, and social media checks
- Gather and manage employee paperwork using databases and spreadsheets
- Manage the department's inventory closet
- Maintain and update compliance information based on accreditors' guidelines by securing certifications or recertifications and managing documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and employee training sessions
- Manage candidate applications, resume vetting, interview scheduling, and confirmation emails
- Manage student workers, interns, externs, and volunteer candidates onboarding and paperwork
- Other duties as assigned

Experience*
- Administrative experience required
- Experience with DocuSign or eSignature platforms preferred
- Canvas LMS experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems, specifically ADP preferred

Skills and Qualifications*
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing
- Proficient in Google Suites
- Proficient in managing spreadsheets to include formulas and pivot reports
