$75,000 base salary with estimated earnings of $350,000+ including commissions (uncapped). Additionally, there is a $625 per month car allowance, gas reimbursement, and full benefits package.

Area Sales Manager
Summary
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue and implementing our sales strategies in the assigned geographical area. This includes presenting our products to potential clients, identifying specific consumer needs, and recommending effective ways to promote and sell our products. Ultimately, your role will contribute to the expansion of our customer base and the establishment of our brand reputation within your region.

- Fulfill all customer care and finance requirements as established by the company
- Provide regular and timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to the Regional Sales Director regarding the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline using the CRM database (Salesforce)
- Build relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons, including those who are members of ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons, Urologists, OB/GYN, and private Practice Physicians
- Assist Territory Sales Managers in closing deals
- Mentor and provide support for the Territory Sales Managers
- Manage a seven-figure quota

Education and Experience Required
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in Medical or Capital Sales
- Experience in selling medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or lasers is a plus

This job operates remotely as well as in various offices, including doctor's offices and spas. The use of standard office equipment such as tables, computers, and cell phones is required.
