Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer support by greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries
- Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Transcribe notes and other materials as needed
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
