Behavior therapists work with children with autism (and their families) to teach them the skills they need to lead happy, healthy, and independent lives. We help kids overcome their fears and frustrations. We teach them to effectively communicate, take care of themselves, play appropriately, and facilitate their social development. Candidates must love working with children and want to make meaningful differences in people's lives. This is a great opportunity for college students or those who just graduated looking for an opportunity to work hands on, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Training. Some college experience is preferred, but no experience is necessary, as all the training is provided. Training is thorough and exhaustive. It is a competency-based training and NOT a time based or curriculum-based training. If you want to learn to be the best with working with children and changing their lives, then please submit your resume.
