Primary Responsibilities:
The PD Director of Corporate Services requires a professional who can drive and support revenue growth by collaborating with our supplier partners and multiple teams within OMNIA Partners. Working with the VP, the Director will lead efforts to grow GTV and revenue across the Corporate Services categories as well as assist in developing new suppliers and opportunities. The Director will take the lead in building strategic relationships with our supplier community and build strategies which will ensure continued sales growth.
Education/Knowledge/Skills:
The PD Director of Corporate Services will be someone who has the ability to understand and navigate complex organizations. This person must excel in influencing peers, partners and leadership as well as lead achievement of business goals by maximizing current and new relationships with key supplier partners. This role will also encompass the following:
- Knowledge and understanding of the Corporate Services space (including but not limited to: HR Services and Benefits, Contingent Workforce Solutions, and Public Safety) to develop strategic relationships with suppliers.
- Function as the connector across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a solid strategy is in place to grow relationships for our supplier partners.
- Formulate ideas and strategies to generate new revenue opportunities.
- Lead the efforts to implement the growth strategy, measuring and adjusting tactics as necessary
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with partner executives, helping them execute to drive sales volume and revenue.
- Working with Corporate Services category VP, drive supplier training, sales enablement, and joint marketing activities
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 5-7 years’ experience in channel partnerships, national sales and/or subject matter
- Ability to influence peers and executive leadership through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pivot quickly when appropriate.
- Be open to change.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Multitasking skills to manage multiple projects.
- Interest in thriving in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Position can be remote or based in our HQ in Franklin, TN
- Ability to travel 30/40%
