About this Job
As a member of the Shipping/Customer Service Department, you will play a key role in the success of satisfying customers’ orders. You will ensure that all orders are entered into QuickBooks accurately and create a shipping label for each item. You will be working closely with the purchasing managers from our various dealers around the country. Your team will also be responsible to answer phones and answer customer related questions via email and chat.
· Enter and ship out all customer orders each day.
· Send out invoices each day by mail and email
· Help with answering customer calls and provide them with the best customer service experience.
· Occasionally take customer orders over the phone
Typical Day's Breakdown:
80% Data Entry/Shipping
20% Customer Service
