Job Description:
Western Leather Goods is an industry leader in boot making. Our brands include Rios of Mercedes, Anderson Bean, Olathe, Horsepower, and Maciebean. The Warehouse Associate will maintain inventory records of raw goods related to boot making and issue or distribute materials to craftsmen on production floor. They will also assist in our Leather Department by sorting and stocking Leather skins.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Use Prodsmart or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or materials needed

Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number or items needed

Manually move raw goods and other materials to and from the warehouse or production areas

Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy

Deliver materials to departments using dollies/hand trucks

Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse by dusting, sweeping, and disposing of any trash or broken pallets

Folding, rolling, and stacking leather skins on racks

Counting leather skins as needed

Rearranging leather skins on racks

Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs

Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse

Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull materials off shelves, as well as replenish shelves, from various heights weighing between 10-55 pounds throughout shift
