Overview: East Windsor School District is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will be contracted through our partner, Soliant, and will work district-wide to support and enhance the educational experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide district-wide support to manage overflow and assist two other district BCBAs.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to implement and monitor behavior plans.
- Offer training and professional development to school personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations pertaining to student services.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FBA and BIP processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to the ethical guidelines and standards of the BCBA profession.
