We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and outgoing individual who takes pleasure in building relationships to join our team as a Business Development/Marketing Assistant for our construction company.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Attending networking events, meeting with potential clients and creating possible business opportunities
- Conducting cold and scheduled office visits for prospective clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Handling all social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok)
- Ability to use Canva to create any marketing material necessary
- Ability to travel locally as required
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills (great phone presence)
- Be a self-starter
- Strong organizational skills
