Full and Part Time Options Available
Full Time positions include sick, personal days off, along with 20 vacation days. Health and elective benefits are available. Employer paid IMRF retirement, Student Loan Assitance up to $5000 per year after one year of employment. Set hours each week, no nights, no weekends. Clinical Sites are located in Monroe, Randolph, and St. Clair Counties. Pay increases for candidates with Masters degree, PhD, and teaching experience.
Duties:
- Provide instruction and guidance to nursing students in various healthcare settings, including primary care, senior care, critical care, and ICU.
- Develop and deliver educational materials and lectures on topics related to nursing management, acute care, and adult education.
- Facilitate hands-on clinical experiences for students, including documentation review, care plan development, and patient assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and incorporate them into teaching strategies.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience in nursing
