Job Description
Hybrid Position. Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays work in office. Mondays and Fridays, work from home. You will work with the countries largest family-owned vehicle damage appraisal businesses by helping them control the open assignments across the county by working via computer and phone with your regional set of damage appraisers. All training is provided and there is no cold calling involved. All outgoing calls and emails will be surrounding a specific pre-established assignment with an appraisal business owner or SCA Franchise operator. In turn, you will use your proven listening and analytical abilities to build trust and rapport with the business owner in order to provide direction of proper process, answers to their questions and solutions for their needs. You will be trained on the usage of our in-house Claim Management System as well as the various aspects of the vehicle damage process and lingo. While some Over Time is granted during specific seasons of the year, there are no late evening or weekend hours.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
· Monitor open inventory of assignments assigned within your network of vehicle damage appraisers
· Ensure each assignment is properly progressing through completion of damage estimate process in order to meet the client’s status quality and timeliness expectations
· When needed, assist your network of appraisers in providing assignment status
· When needed, assist appraisers in securing appointments through communication with customers, body shops, tow yards, clients, etc
· When needed, act to coordinate with the client, appraiser, vehicle owner, and body shop to move the claim files forward towards resolution and meet cycle time requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to work on-site at our headquarters in the Burbank, CA area (Tues-Thurs)
- Ability to be work-from-home for proper candidate (Monday and Fridays)
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times
- Work well under pressure and meet timelines
- Excellent communication - verbal, written, listening – skills
- Must be able to learn how to utilize custom designed CRM system in order to perform job duties
- Proactive mindset to identify open assignment issues and communicate resolutions with clients
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented using a queue-driven task list
- Build relationships with appraisers in assigned region
- Ability to take direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior
- Must display a strong work ethic and honesty, and adhere and uphold Company’s core values, guidelines, policies and procedures
- Works well in team environment but also possess a proven ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish, a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
