DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Strategically manage the warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and vision.
- Oversee shipping and receiving, warehousing, distribution, maintenance operations, and e-commerce operations.
- Oversee e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
- Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization within the warehouse.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan daily workload, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly according to company Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.
- Ensure the facility operates within OSHA standards.
- Enforce company standards and policies across the warehouse operations.
- Foster positive employee relations, address concerns, and mediate conflicts when necessary.
- Implement and manage inventory systems, including inventory tracking and audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (ability to work extended hours, as needed and may be subject to work Saturday, Sunday, day &/or night shifts)
