**Overview:**
We are seeking an Intern Manager to join our team. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in hospitality and food service management. The Intern Manager will work closely with our team to oversee various aspects of restaurant operations.
**Duties:**
- Assist in managing daily Coffee Shop operations
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer service
- Learn and implement inventory control procedures
- Gain experience in kitchen management and food safety practices
- Assist with POS system operations and order processing
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality food production
- Shadow assistant managers to learn about staff supervision and scheduling
**Requirements:**
- Knowledge or interest in hospitality management, food service management, and culinary practices
- Familiarity with restaurant management concepts and inventory control
- Basic understanding of food safety protocols and kitchen operations
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing skills in various areas of operations
