Middle School Matchup Sports, is an insanely popular, 12-year-old business that creates amazing, fun youth sports tournaments for middle school-aged athletes.
We all work together to hit our goal of 100,000 players!
We specialize in producing unique format sports tournaments for middle school-aged athletes that are FUN (and well run)! If you want to belong to a team that this a few times per year, then MSM is a great fit for you.
Our clients are mainly ‘sport moms and dads’ and their players (and our franchisees). If you have experience working with this type of client – or want that experience – this role will be a great fit. A big plus if you are or have been an MSMer and understand our concept and vibe.
This is a partime seasonal positon and a GREAT side gig, with generous pay and a fun, organized team to support you._ To be considered you must be involved in the local softball community or be insanley connected in some other way._

You’ll love the position if you get, want, and have the ability/skillsets to:
- Secure Fields and Umpire Crews
- Schedule the Tournament
- Event Promotion & Marketing
- Execute tournament and post tournament
- Train and Manage Field Director team
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
➔ Promote and market the event to Softball parents.
➔ Reserve fields, officials, and schedule a tournament
➔ Execute an amazing two days of Softball.
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
★ Sign ups- number of new players signing up.
★ Secured Fields - contacting fields to finish securing fields until 100%
★ Making Sure Coaches are Opted in until 100%
★ Field Directors - make sure we have field directors unit 100% of the complexes are covered
★ Project Plan on Task - make sure all project items/tasks are on schedule.

Other Info
★Must be local to DFW Area
★Must be available to work 7am-10pm on Tourney Days
★ $20-$50hour (depends how efficient you are) + free entry if you are an MSMer. It's generous pay.
★ Partime and Seasonal (Typically two sprints in Late Spring and Fall)
★ 90% Remote with some meetups and required events.
★ You probably need a vehicle that can move 5ish boxes ( a compact or sports car probably won’t work).

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
