```Responsibilities```
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Assist in creating and preparing high-quality dishes following the established menu or special requests.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they meet culinary standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, recipe development, and special events.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting.
- Proficiency in shift management to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Experience in team management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
