Job Summary:* The Production Supervisor follows the direction of the Manufacturing Manager* in organizing the daily work schedule and controlling the production activities of the manufacturing (Fabrication and/or Assembly/Paint) functions for the Fabrication and Assembly and Paint Shops to ensure that goods are produced, assembled and painted efficiently, on time and to standard.

· Responsible for overall safety processes in Fab and Assembly shops.
· Supervises Fabrication Team. May supervisor Assembly and Paint Shops. Develop and deliver employee performance reviews.
· Coordinates Build Schedules with Planner/Scheduler. Executes the production schedule.
· Works closely with the Lead Person, Burn Table employee and shop floor employees in gathering information and tracking progress against approved milestones. Monitors employee morale and advises management of issues and potential issues
· Anticipates bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved
· Identifies, recommends and implements approved improvements to the production process
· Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents up to date.
· Ensures the material resources required are present and properly staged.
· Address shop needs such as tools, broken/replacement parts
· Schedule PM for all equipment
· Responsible for updates of Bill of Materials
· Develops and documents standard operating procedures for Fabrication and Assembly
· Prepare and maintain production reports as required
· Acts as backup for POs and Airgas program
· Represent R Braun Inc., in a professional manner at all times.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
· Associate’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering industrial technology or equivalent work experience
· 3-5 years of experience as a fabricator and or assembler, in a manufacturing or construction environment
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
· Must be organized and possess strong attention to detail
· Excellent customer service skills (internal & external)
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Must be able to read, write and speak English.
· Excellent communication skills required.
· Knowledge of supervisory management principles
