Job Description Summary:
The Clinical Field Trainer is a licensed clinician (LPN,RN etc) who coordinates and provides direct one on one care in the home or alternate treatment site, ensuring patient safety while providing continuity of care in compliance with the physician’s plan of care.
The Clinical Field Trainer is responsible for the delivery of patient equipment & the care following the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. He/She does so by coordinating the lymphedema pump delivery, instruction and education for patients & their families.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Skillful application of lymphedema pump in home settings.
- Regular patient health assessments and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
- Precise documentation of treatments and patient responses to treatment.
- Collaborative work with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Patient and family education on lymphedema pump therapy and health management.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current active and unrestricted nurse license
- At least 2 years of clinical experience working as an LPN/RN in an area that requires training and hands-on experience with patients in the home setting
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of liability insurance with access to a vehicle for business travel.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
