Conduct behavioral assessments for private insurance funded cases
Assist the Clinical Coordinator and Program Manager in providing ongoing and effective training for all clinical staff in the clinical and administrative service provision, that is compliant with BACB guidelines for all clients, and operational procedures for Key Essentials to Behavior Management
Provide ongoing mentorship and development in the case conceptualization for all BI supervisees in regards to Applied Behavior Analysis
Manage and oversee the effectiveness of all services for assigned clients, as directed by the Executive Clinical Director and Program Manager
Create and write client programs for implementation by BIs
Analyze, graph, and write progress reports from client data recorded by BIs
Complete all graphing and reports during in-home client supervision; broken up as one (1) hour of BST and second hour graphing and updating progress reports and/or programs
Provide parent training
Maintain a working knowledge of advances in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
Provide a minimum of 4 hours of direct supervision time, per assigned case, per month
Must maintain an 80/20 ratio of billable time versus indirect time each month of assigned caseload
Complete other duties as assigned
