The Housekeeper at Blackstone Country Club is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the club facilities, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for both members and guests. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and miscellaneous rooms.
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Clean and dust surfaces, glass partitions, and doors
- Remove trash and recycling
- Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g. maintaining cleaning machinery)
- Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 year of proven experience as a Cleaner
- English as a primary language
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
