Voyager Home Healthcare (https://voyagerhomehealthcare.com)provides excellent in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado (Denver, Ft. Collins, Pueblo, and Colorado Springs). We have recently opened office locations in Miami, Florida, and Tucson, Arizona as well. Additionally, we have four CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs.

Position Overview
The compliance apprentice will receive on-the-job training with the goal of becoming a compliance specialist. These individuals are in charge of ensuring that Voyager and all its subsidiaries are operating in accordance with Colorado, Arizona, Florida, and Federal rules and regulations. This position does not require hired candidates to travel to other states, as everything can be done from Voyager’s Colorado Springs office, but there will be occasional opportunities to do so should a candidate choose to.
Training will last anywhere from 12-15 weeks. This position is ideal for individuals who can read, review, and retain large swathes of state and federal regulations. Consequently, attention to detail is a must for this position. Candidates hired will report directly to the Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels.
- Monitor changes in regulations and laws affecting the organization.
- Investigate any compliance issues or violations.
- Provide training to staff on compliance-related topics.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Prepare reports for senior management on compliance activities.
- Conduct personnel audits for Florida (FL), Arizona (AZ), and Colorado (CO).
- Read and understand ACH (Automated Clearing House) guidelines to ensure completion.
Hours and Pay
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
$30 per hour
