Digital Content Producer (Videographer)

Position Summary
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for video production and video content creation as well as creating engaging visual content to support the credit union's marketing and communications efforts across digital channels. This includes developing graphics, videos, animations, and other digital assets that effectively promote the credit union's products, services, and brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including videos, graphics, animations, social media posts, blog articles, and other visual content that aligns with the credit union's brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.

Collaborate with others on the marketing team to develop and produce a variety of digital content, such as infographics, presentations, and interactive experiences, to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Ensure that all digital content is optimized for different platforms and devices, adhering to best practices for user experience, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Maintain and update the credit union's digital asset library, ensuring proper organization, tagging, and accessibility of all digital content.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data and user engagement metrics.

Work closely with the marketing team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that digital content effectively supports the credit union's goals and messaging.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Minimum Qualifications

Three to five years of marketing/communications design and production experience, with strong emphasis on creative development.

A two-year college degree in a similar or related field.

Advanced skills in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator and In Design required, along with basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

Strong design and creative abilities.

Proficiency in videography and photography with proven experience in digital content creation, video production, and social media management.

Understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Must be proficient in desktop publishing environments and have strong design software and word processing skills.

Should have excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Requires excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

Able to manage assigned vendors and develop production schedules.

Ability to work well with different personalities and all personnel levels.

Must have reliable means of transportation.

This job requires flexibility in work schedules which includes some evenings and weekends.

Target Range: $29.40 to $36.75*
- The target range for entry in a new position is between the minimum and midpoint of the range, depending on experience and qualifications
