Our client's Creative Studio is seeking an exceptionally talented, creative, and experienced Integrated Producer to help lead their high-profile productions, including fashion editorial, beauty, and home.
As an Integrated Producer, you will leverage your extensive experience and expertise to lead and manage complex productions. You will be the linchpin between creative concepts and their execution, ensuring that campaigns are cohesive, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, from entry-level to executive, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Bid, hire, and manage all production partners for content projects, including video and photo shoots, post-production, animation, and digital content.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects, working closely with design leads, art directors, and copywriters to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risks, and clear work for distribution.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership teams, and clearly communicate project status regularly.
- Implement repeatable processes that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a producer with expertise in video/motion, print, social, and advertising.
- 4+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional project deliveries.
- Extensive contacts in the photography, video, and post-production industries.
- A robust online portfolio demonstrating your ability to create effective production solutions.
- Proven experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams with designers, account managers, and project managers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of photo, video, and motion work.
- Strong risk identification and mitigation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience producing fashion campaigns.
- Experience working in ecommerce environments.
