Duties:
- Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Utilize data collection tools and software to record inventory counts and update inventory management systems
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues
- Assist in materials handling and movement within the warehouse as needed
- Perform shipping and receiving duties as required
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments
- Generate reports on inventory levels, variances, and trends
- Assist in financial modeling related to inventory valuation and forecasting
- Support e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate inventory levels for online orders
Qualifications:
- This position, is responsible for cycle counting components and finished goods inventory, ground and elevated levels in the warehouse, shipping and production areas. This function serves as both a measure and corrective action maintaining high inventory record accuracy (99%).
- Routinely cycle count inventory by following Warehouse.
- Able to successfully complete pre-employment screening and training class.
- Management System (WMS) directions.
- Accurately count/verify Handling Unit (HU) quantities and batches
- "Search and Rescue" lost product
- Product rotation and retrieval for consolidation to minimize storage needs
- Be aware of surroundings for possible safety hazards and alert co-workers
- perform other duties as assigned
Standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching while gripping and lifting boxes weighing up to 50lbs or more at all levels from floor to above the head.
