Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems and office equipment
- Strong background in guest services and customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in front desk or hospitality management
