Job Title: Inside Sales Representative and Inventory Specialist
We are a leading provider of high-quality commercial hose and fittings, dedicated to serving a diverse range of industries with reliable products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Purchasing Manager and an Inside Sales Representative.
Purchasing Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize value.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier quality to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage supply needs.
- Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, process orders, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the commercial hose and fittings or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and convey technical information to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
