Customer Service Associate
Indoor Pickle Ball is Coachella’s only Indoor Pickle ball court and lounge located in Palm Desert, Ca.
We are looking for individuals that can help us assist customers in all front office-related areas in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
- Comfortable with computers and able to operate the electronic court management system.
- Knowledge of procedures for making reservations, checking customers into and out of the facility, and for accepting and accounting for court and program payments.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.
Job Tasks/Duties
- Check in customers; comply with special requests whenever possible.
- Ensure liability waivers completed by all customers prior to entering the facility.
- Provide information and assistance in reserving courts and programs.
- Follow proper credit card handling policies and procedures.
- Monitor court status information.
- Knows court locations, types of programs available and court and program rates.
- Promote other services of the club. Must be over 21 to sell Beer in our lounge.
- Assist customers with taking same-day reservations and future reservations when necessary.
- Operate front desk equipment.
- Use proper telephone etiquette.
- Process deliveries and messages.
- Knows of daily activities, programs and events taking place in the facility.
- Attends meetings as required.
- Process customer purchases of merchandise. Restock pro shop as needed.
- Communicate maintenance work with Maintenance personnel.
- Complete incident reports for accidents and injuries.
- Communicate facility opening changes to members and reservations on an as needed basis Reports unusual occurrences or requests to the manager.
- Familiar with all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front-desk area and rest of the facility during the course of work shift.
- Complete tasks on opening and closing checklists as required.
- Work special and private events as schedule allows.
- Perform other appropriate tasks assigned.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Occasional bending, stooping, lifting and pulling.
- Frequent sitting, walking and standing.
- Continuous repetitive actions.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible: 10-32 hours per week. Shifts timings Varies. 7 days a week.
Salary:
- $16 / hour Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma, GED equivalent or higher required.
- Some basic knowledge of and experience playing pickleball.
- Experience working in customer-facing environment preferred.
