Job Overview:
This position is responsible for the development and successful execution of various digital marketing strategies and campaign executions. The primary focus of this role is to promote online presence by acting as lead automation and digital marketing manager, by ensuring the successful implementation of programs and tactics designed to increase product demand and identify additional sales channels that align with business strategy with organizational marketing goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver digital marketing training and best practices within the team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives growth and supports overall business objectives.
- Direct a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project plans for digital marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with other executives and stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with overall business strategy.
- Identify and enhance business operations as appropriate.
- Attend client meetings as requested.
- Oversee the development and management of websites, ensuring that it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
- Develop visualization strategies and work with the development team to implement them in Tableau.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the software service team, encouraging them to identify innovative solutions to complex software challenges.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive new client and existing client growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and industry developments.
- Liaison with stakeholders regularly to gather requirements, provide progress updates, address challenges, and foster process enhancements.
- Drive innovation and creativity in all product and service offerings.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
