Mercy Home Health (a member of Trinity Health at Home) needs a Full-time Registered Nurse - Palliative Care.
The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation.
BSN Required. Current PA RN License - CPR Certification, Hospice/Palliative Care Certification Required. Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, Hospice experience, computer skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Palliative Care experience, demonstrated ability to use problem-solving, critical thinking, and priority setting skills. Must be able to work independently and on a team. Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations. Ability to develop, coordinate and evaluate Palliative and end-of-life care programs.

Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of PA
- One (1) year experience as a professional care nurse in Home care or Hospice care a plus
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
