ATSI seeks a Contract Manager for Global Peace Operations Initiative in TOGO. The Contractor shall provide contract management through a dedicated Project Manager (PM) possessing the background and skills to effectively serve as the principal point of contact for contract performance issues and communications between the COR, CO, and Program Office.
*This position is contingent on contract award.
Key responsibilities include:
- The Contractor shall manage all personnel performing work on the SOW, including those CONUS personnel conducting contract management and those personnel working on each required OCONUS task, including all key personnel and all non-key personnel requiring COR review and approval.
- The Contractor shall conduct all routine management and supervision required to successfully achieve all performance and quality assurance objectives of the SOW.
- The Contractor shall submit a weekly report to the COR and Program Office. The report shall include a summary of ongoing activities, a list of all contract staff actively performing on each task and shall highlight any event or technical issue that jeopardizes contract performance.
Education and Experience include:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience conducting foreign security force capacity building at the tactical or operational level and below.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
· Secret-level security clearance or above.
· Minimum five years of increasing responsibility as a program or project manager or a team leader in the field of security force capacity building or in a directly related area.
· Relevant military operations of foreign security force capacity building experience or program management experience in the last five years.
