Oracle EBS Consultant Job Description The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS modules, hands-on experience with Oracle SAS, and a proven track record of successful migration projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the migration effort and contribute to the enhancement of our finance and sales processes. Expertise : migrating Finance and Grants modules from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Subscription Analytics and Services (SAS). Key Responsibilities: • Lead the migration of Finance and Oracle Grants modules from Oracle EBS to Oracle SAS. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design migration strategies. • Analyze existing configurations, customizations, and data structures in Oracle EBS. • Develop migration plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth transition to Oracle SAS. • Configure and customize Oracle SAS to align with business needs and requirements. • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure data integrity and system functionality. • Provide guidance and support to the project team throughout the migration process. • Train end-users and provide post-migration support as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). • X+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Consultant, with a focus on Finance and Grants modules. • Proven experience with Oracle Subscription Analytics and Services (SAS) or similar cloud-based solutions. • In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS modules, configurations, and integration points. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience leading migration projects and managing stakeholders. • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred. • Knowledge of finance and sales processes, particularly within the context of Oracle EBS and SAS.
