Our client service representatives provide valuable consultation to veterans and their families, regarding eligibility,
supporting documentation and long term care planning.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meeting and completing phone appointments with clients as scheduled
Review and prepare documentation as part of our consultation service.
Document & analyze information in a timely manner; ability to spot errors and make changes as needed to complete a case
Simultaneously provide daily phone and email support to a number of clients and ensure that
each client’s needs are attended to
Must be comfortable meeting weekly quotas as set by management
Qualifications for position:
Customer service driven; with a passion for helping/assisting others
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication; must be comfortable communicating via phone
and email.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft office, Google drive, G-mail, Google Calendar and
comfortable with learning how to use CRM databases.
Have office admin/clerical experience
Must be able to multi-task
Work hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST
