Position Summary:
Our Firm has an opportunity for an attorney to join the firm’s expanding affirmative action and OFCCP compliance practice and assume a major role ensuring compliance with related laws and regulations, as well as supervising non-attorney analysts with the preparation of affirmative action programs (AAPs) and reports required of federal contractors. The Candidate will have a flexible part-time schedule with the ability to work remotely. Opportunities for a full-time position with benefits may be available. A writing sample is required in order to be considered for this role.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor – Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.

This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office.

Candidates must possess 2+ years of labor and employment advice & counsel or litigation experience.

Prior experience with preparing AAPs and/or knowledge of federal contractor affirmative action compliance obligations is strongly preferred.

Strong academic credentials are required.

Superior analytical and writing skills required.

Candidate should have a proven record of attention to detail and be technology oriented.

Proficiency in Excel is required.

Knowledge of statistical concepts is preferred.

Candidate must have proven ability to work on a team where co-workers and staff may be located in different offices.

Candidate must have proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

There is no billable hour requirement for this role, although we anticipate the need for the Candidate to bill between 20-30 hours per week.

Benefits:
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $110,000 and $162,500. In accordance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York City position is between $110,000 and $162,500. In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $110,000 and $162,500. In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $110,000 and $162,500 . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
