High-spirited Leaders Wanted!
We’re looking to add a full-time Sales Keyholder to our team who can provide our customers with a positive, personalized experience that encourages their return business. An energetic and motivated person with attention to detail and a sixth sense of theft. The individual should have a proven history of high-paced sales experience, love jewelry, thrive on customer interaction, and be comfortable leading a sales team. This position will require you to maintain high personal sales goals while leading a team and promoting high-volume sales to other team members.

Super Silver is a locally owned chain of sterling silver jewelry stores with locations in Santa Cruz, two in Capitola, and one recently expanded store in Old Town Sacramento. Our company continuously expands to provide new opportunities, including an evolving online branch. Our Sales Supervisor/Entry-level sales associate will get all required training and have ample opportunity to expand their role within the company.

Sales Keyholder Requirements
Full-time position 30-40 hours
- References required (3-5)
- Previous retail sales experience required (2+ years)
- Previous management experience preferred
- Previous experience with high-volume sales
- Previous cash-handling and keyholding experience
- Willing to work at multiple locations within Santa Cruz and Capitola with reliable transportation
- Ability to manage a sales floor
- Ability to manage multiple employees and keep them on task
- Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances rapidly
- Must have strong time management capabilities
- Must be a fast learner
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to communicate with upper management effectively
- Must be comfortable talking with customers and conflict resolution.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs or more
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours

Compensation: DOE ($16-$18) + Bonuses
