Molle Bridals is expanding its team! We want to hire people who love helping people, who are happy and positive and who just love serving others. Five years of real strong customer service in the hospitality industry is mandatory. Thee years or more in Bridal is helpful and 5 years of Retail Sales is preferred. Bridal Stylists duties include helping brides find the perfect wedding gown for their wedding day, helping brides in and out of wedding dresses, doing consistent follow-ups, answering phones, setting appointments and more. This is an amazing long term bridal dress sales career which you can also earn a monthly performance bonus when sales goals are met.
At Molle Bridals, we deliver an exceptional, exclusive, individualized wedding dress shopping experience for each and every bride. IDEAL CANDIDATES: We are looking for part time and full time happy, people loving, reliable, professional and committed sales professionals who love helping and serving people, can sell, have a closing ratio of 50% or higher, can sell multiple products such as wedding dresses, upgraded and accessories, work with a team, multitask, and follow up with customers. Our sales environment is high energy, fast paced and exciting. Our bridal stylists do it all: sales, cleaning, inventory, setting appointments, answering phones, events and more! Saturdays are a must in this sales career.
ABILITIES REQUIRED: The ability to give brides the best customer service experience by helpIng brides and their guests one-on-one in an intimate, upscale setting designed to make each visitor feel their best. Your ability to be patient and welcoming is essential. An ability to adapt to varying needs and personalities is critical. Your ability to build meaningful relationships with each bride you meet is paramount. The ability to lead and be a great timekeeper is important. You will be working with a team of professional sales associates. Your ability to have a “I can do it and “I can help” attitude is required.
THE DETAILS
- 20-35 hrs /week depending on part time or full time status including Saturdays which are required
- $15-$18 per hour depending on: bridal sales experience, hospitality experience and proven sales performance, part time or full time status and proven sales closing ratio
- Meet all monthly sales goals
- Must maintain a 50% or higher closing ratio
- Have the stamina to be on your feet for 7-8 hour shifts carrying heavy wedding dresses back and forth
- Lead your bridal appointments with confidence and professionalism
- Be a great timekeeper starting and ending each appointment on time before the next bridal appointment arrives
- Must have consistent followup skills
- Maintain a professional well groomed appearance on all shifts
- Must be an organized self-starter with attention to detail
- Experience with retail database
- Ipad and desktop computer knowledge required
