You'll be responsible for:
- Minimum $2,000+ PVR, Target $2,400+ PVR
- Selling F&I products, specifically VSC, GAP, T&W, minimum 46% - 55% penetrations
- Submitting deals to lenders
- Structuring and re-hashing deals for approval & better terms, rates
- Digital Contracting
- CIT/Funding

- We're ramping up to 500 vehicles by June 1st, 2024.
- We're opening 2 more locations by December 1st, 2024. (Growth Opportunities)
- We sell 85% of our inventory every 30 days.
- The Finance Manager will have an opportunity to transition into a Finance Director and oversee all F&I operations at future locations. Leadership and Ownership is key.
