We're currently seeking Company Drivers to not be employees but PARTNERS where you will earn a percentage for our dedicated routes from city to city & state to state. CDL-A Driver Pay: $104,000- 150,000 Per Year
Work Load:
- Drivers average $104,000-$150,000 yearly & $2,000-$2,200per week.

Experience/Requirements:
- Valid ClassA Commercial Driver's License
Your Profile:
Past 7 years without:
- Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- A preventable rollover or fatality crash
Past 3 years without:
- License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
```Duties```
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, roll-off trucks, and tankers.
- Transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving on public roads.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
```Requirements```
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in route driving or trucking industry.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes is preferred.
- Ability to safely load, secure, and unload various types of cargo.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations pertaining to commercial vehicles.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
