General Manager
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for running day-to-day operations and overseeing all functions of their region within our Georgia locations, including Atlanta and Marietta territories. This includes financial performance (P&L level), sales and sales goals, operations, service, facilities, employees, inventory of products and raw materials, and equipment to ensure a safe work environment and efficiency is maintained, projects remain on schedule, and customers are supported with exceptional service. The General Manager will assist first-line managers to achieve their goals and ensure that all teams within their region are functioning well.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Lead market and region to meet or exceed key performance metrics (KPIs) on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Identify and implement strategies for business growth to meet or exceed goals
- Create and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Plan for organizational needs and oversee hiring, training, and development of staff in partnership with Human Resources
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional quality and service to customers
- Lead sales, account managers, and other senior staff to obtain and retain customers
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Assist with developing marketing plans to support market and regional growth objectives
- Facilitate and lead cross divisional coordination of customer development, resource management, inventory optimization, and other financial returns
- Improve internal processes for optimal productivity
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively and interpret performance reports including job costing
- Lead regional integration process of acquisitions into existing company processes like ERP adoption, financial reporting, and overall company processes and policies
- Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of assigned region and market
- Manage fleet procurement, maintenance, and fleet safety data requirements
- Maintain standards and training to promote the health and safety of employees and customers
- Regular attendance at work and provides appropriate flexibility
- Adherence to safety guidelines and policies
- Other job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 10 years in managerial role with supervisor responsibilities
- Field services experience is required, industry experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial results
- As a condition of employment, employer will conduct a background check and drug screen prior to hire
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to understand, speak, and write English

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a fast-paced warehouse setting with frequent interruptions. Duties may require standing and walking for long periods of time. The employee is expected to work alongside the crew and demonstrate the install process when necessary. Occasional need to drive a vehicle to other work locations.
