About us
We are a private-practice health-care provider that delivers world class hearing care services to Phoenix and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to Hear, Well, Always!
We seek people who will be the perfect fit to grow with our team in our central Phoenix location. Desire is important, but personality traits and attitude are the number one priority.
Do you desire to:
Live each day to create wildly successful raving patients (or customers) by treating our patients like family and taking responsibility for our patient’s journey to better hearing, and help them make the right choices.
Work in an environment that breeds excellence every day by demonstrating a desire to take ownership of situations, express and value individuality, and build processes to support others.
Do the right things for our patients and teammates.
Act like a CEO by taking initiative, being resourceful, supporting our mission, caring about the success of the team and growth of individuals.
Commit to lifelong learning so we all stay on top of the latest trends and best practices so we keep growing and improving our patient’s and our lives.
And, your co-workers and friends describe you as:
* Always happy, smiles a lot, positive attitude, always a pleasure to be around.
* Friendly, warm, an extrovert, a people person – and comes across the very first time you meet someone, even on the telephone.
* Patient, compassionate, helpful especially with older people. Even temperament, calm, always pleasant, unflappable. Has a knack for being able to turn a frown into a smile.
* Committed, dedicated, a great teammate, pitches in without being asked, puts team accomplishments ahead of individual accomplishments.
* Accurate, detailed, gets things right, double checks their own work, makes very few mistakes.
* Owns it, accepts responsibility, credits others for successes and accepts responsibility for failures. Always finds a constructive way to solve a problem.
* Coachable, doesn’t get defensive, accepts feedback with a positive attitude. Always looking for ways to grow and improve.
* Reliable, dependable, doesn’t just arrive on time, often comes in a little early to make sure they’re prepared for the day; willing to stay late when there’s work that needs to be done.
Does this sound like an opportunity and fit that is right for you?
Then we’d like you to apply
These statements describe our organization, the opportunity and kind of culture we’ve developed. The people we grow must be a great fit, and we’re prepared to search until the perfect people come along.
This isn’t just a job: it’s a new life as well as commitment, serving a real purpose, helping people stay connected with their loved ones and enjoy life. If that appeals to you, and the above descriptions made you say “Hey! That’s me!”, then we’d love to talk.
Please send your resume. We also want you to describe why you wish to enter the field of Hearing Healthcare, so send that along too – it’s very important to us.
