Position: Sales and Closing Administrator FLSA Designation: Exempt
Reports To: Administration Manager
Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for all duties related to sales and closing administration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities to be Performed:
1. Spec review, approval, and filing
2. Sales contract review, distribution, and filing (including deposit checks)
3. FHA/VA Administration
4. Insured Warranty Enrollment
5. Closing Instruction Reviews
6. Final Survey Ordering
7. Closing Disclosure Reviews
8. Closing Reporting
9. House File Materials & Structure
10. Customer Surveys (initial and 6 month)
Other Duties & Responsibilities to be Performed:
1. Assist Partners and Profit Center Managers, as needed
2. Special projects and duties, as assigned
Reports – Timing/Distribution
1. Closing Objectives (Monthly) Executive Group, Project Managers, Design Gallery, Mortgage Company, Title Company, Insurance Company, other vendors and partners - by request
2. Status Report (Weekly/Monthly) Corporate Staff, Field (sales and construction), Design Gallery, Mortgage Company, Title Company, Insurance Company, other vendors and partners - by request

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year administrative/clerical experience; homebuilding industry experience is helpful; or
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Reporting to this Position: Project Assistants

Some travel to field locations may be necessary
General Sign-off: The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
