Purpose
Support Confie's corporate departments including Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, Operations, and HR in developing and implementing recruiting strategies that attract talented candidates to the Company. Will source and screen candidates and negotiate final offers
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with the hiring manager to conduct intake session regarding the need; define job profile and recruiting process
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques and the company story to attract and cultivate diverse talent pipelines
- Conduct initial resume and phone screens
- Structure and manage the interviewing process including managing timelines and candidate sourcing
- Partner with the hiring manager and senior leadership to craft a competitive compensation package
- Close candidates on the Confie offer
- Build trust and credibility with clients through effective consultation at all stages of the recruiting process
- Understand current/future hiring needs and assess the labor market to develop and recommend the right recruiting strategies for the business
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process, regardless of the outcome
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent preferred; comparable work experience may be considered
- 7+ years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience or experience with a search firm/RPO; track record of filling jobs with no agency fees
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and client management skills
- Ability to work in a variety of roles in a fast-paced corporate environment
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Experience with the LinkedIn recruiter
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
- Expertise in a variety of sourcing channels including cold-calling, BOOLEAN searches, networking, database mining, and other creative methods for both functional and technical positions
