*Roles and Responsibilities:*
* Generating sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, internet research and direct contact.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyse industry trends, and assess the competitive landscape.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
* Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
* Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a customer intimate relationship.
* Partner with Delivery team in identifying top IT Talent to fulfil client needs.
* Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
* Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Schedule and attend client meetings, with the goal of engaging them to utilize our professional staffing services and project solutions.
* Drive revenue and sales goals through effective management of partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with account and practice leaders to help further sales strategy, lead our business development pursuits, and develop account plans.
* Establish, manage, and grow relationships with key executives and stakeholders in our existing accounts.
* The role may require attendance at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
*Qualifications:*
* 5+ years of experience in selling IT services or products.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
* Passionate about sales and technology.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
* Experience with the RFP process, budgeting, and project management.
* Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual teams.
* Experienced in building relationships with executive leaders (CXOs) and business decision-makers.
* Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
